In this tutorial, you will learn about the different gym reports available in the Auxwall Gym Management Application.

Why Gym Reports?

Gym reports are essential for tracking performance, monitoring sales, and understanding member engagement. They provide valuable insights that help you make informed decisions for business growth and operational efficiency. In the Auxwall Gym Management Application, you have access to several reporting options to streamline your management tasks:

  • 🧑‍💼 Sales Person Report: View transactions associated with individual sales staff (user), helping to evaluate performance.
  • 🏋️‍♂️ Personal Trainers Report: Get insights into trainers, including their client base and session counts.
  • ❄️ Freezed Members Report: Monitor the status of members who have frozen their memberships, including relevant dates and statuses.

1. Sales Person Report

  1. A. Access Accounts: Click on the Accounts tab in the Dashboard section.
  2. B. Access Gym Reports: Click on the Gym Reports section.
  3. C. Select Sales Person Report: Click on the Sales Person Report option.

This report displays all transactions created by a specific salesperson (User). To view this report:

  1. Select User: Choose a user from the dropdown list.
  2. View Transactions: The report will show all transactions associated with that user, including customer names, voucher IDs, and total amounts.

2. Personal Trainers Report

  1. A. Access Accounts: Click on the Accounts tab in the Dashboard section.
  2. B. Access Gym Reports: Click on the Gym Reports section.
  3. C. Click on the Personal Trainers Report option.

This report provides an overview of personal trainers, including:

  • 🏋️ Trainer Name
  • 👥 Total Clients
  • 📅 Total Sessions
  • 💰 Total Amount Earned

For a detailed view, double-click on any entry. This will open a window displaying the clients and their courses associated with that particular trainer.

Additionally, you can select specific clients and their corresponding amounts based on the available courses listed in the dropdown menu.

3. Freezed Members Report

  1. A. Access Accounts: Click on the Accounts tab in the Dashboard section.
  2. B. Access Gym Reports: Click on the Gym Reports section.
  3. C. Click on the Freezed Members Report option.

This report displays all members who have been frozen, along with relevant details. For members who are currently frozen, the Until Date will be marked as Invalid Date and their status will be Frozen. If a member has been unfrozen, the Until Date will indicate the date they were unfrozen, and their status will be Completed.

  • 📅 Freezing From: [Start Date]
  • 📆 Until: [Date Freezing Ends]
  • 🗓️ Frozen Days: [Total Days Frozen]
  • ⏳ Pending Days: [Remaining Days]
  • 🔒 Status: [Frozen/Completed]
